● 3+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails
● 3+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role within an
agile development environment, and a proven track record of delivering
value to your team and customers.
● Wide-ranging front-end development experience, with deep knowledge
and experience in HTML5, CSS/SASS, Javascript/JQuery, AJAX,
responsive design, and browser compatibility
● Experience with Heroku and AWS services, especially Postgres, Redis,
and S3.
● Experience with implementing RESTful APIs.
● Experience in using Github and Bitbucket.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think
ahead and anticipate problems, reach compromises, and find solutions.
● Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
● Experience building scalable, complex, fault-tolerant, secure solutions.
● Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
● Good understanding of best development practices, especially Agile
● Ability to prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and
diagrams.

patterns, clean code, TDD, and CI/CD
