1） 找相关的国内厂家

2）联系相关的厂家

3）让厂家提供相关的产品报价

4）跟物流公司沟通出口过程，时间，价格等

5）通知国外同事沟通某一个项目下一步



Scope off work


Understand the client requirements especially the product/machines specifications
Research top manufacturers of the product
Select top suppliers that meet our client requirements
Contact the suppliers to understand if they can produce our products
Organise factory visit to conduct due diligence on the supplier
Clarify pricing options
Organise with Logistics company for export
Support any after sales service needed
