Responsibilities:
Post approved Reqs. to local recruiting websites
Communicate with hiring managers to understand the needs
Find candidates that meet the requirements
Follow through the interview process
Fill open positions


Qualification Requirements:

5 years of recruitment experience
3 years experience in telecom industry
Good interpersonal skills
Good English communication is a plus
Work for 2-3 days a week
