Job Role
- Provide Technical Support for cloud-based collaboration services by Cisco
- Take a call/Web ticket in Japanese from Japanese customers
- Issue a trouble ticket and close it after completing
- communicate with customers after investigation, confirmation etc.
Skill
• Mandatory
- Fluent Japanese speaker, business level
- Experience for more than 3 years with Japanese customers
- Experience for Microsoft Office/Office365, other business suite
- Understand simple English document
• Expectation
- Experience for Webex Meetings, Teams, Room Device
- Experience for technical support, customer support, customer success
- Familiar with SaaS software, Collaboration services
- Familiar with network, Internet, Router, Switch etc.
- Cisco’s certification, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE etc.
